Product Return Conditions If the product you purchased through our site turns out to be defective, you must contact us via e-mail or customer support channels with Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi within 14 days from the delivery date at the latest. Following this information, the faulty product you deliver to us via the contracted domestic and international cargo company of Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi will be replaced with a new one. If a non-contracted cargo company is used, the cargo cost will not be covered by Copurs Tekstil Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. If the ordered product error occurred due to customer use or if the product was used within 14 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged. In terms of product return and replacement conditions, practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are essential.
